"rushed and abrupt"

About: Wexham Park Hospital

made to feel that i was not worth the amount of money for tests (which i was told the exact cost of the tests even the blood ones), appointment was rushed and was not asked many questions. suggested tests were not explained to me and the initial diagnosis which i was advised to google criteria did not really fit my symptoms.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your experience with the neurology team. I am sorry that the appointment was rushed and the tests were not explained. I am also sorry to hear that you were made to feel you were not worth the money for the tests. I would really like to investigate your case further so would be grateful if you would get in contact.
