I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear BJM,

From your post I am unsure if this was a problem for you or not. Unlike your response from me, your appointment was quick. (Sorry, I was away from my desk for a week). I know the appointment staff try to utilise cancellations when they come along to prevent people having to wait unnecessarily.

I do hope it was helpful getting an early appointment; however, please contact appointments (the number should be on your letter) and change it to something more suitable.
