(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Friendly and helpful. Gave lots of exercises to help with core muscles. Found help with walking outside helped me alot as find walking outside on my own really difficult. Would be good if I could have someone to walk with me once a week, every week to help get confidence back, but understand this can't happen.
