What I liked

the tests i was given were dealt with quickly, beds were changed every day, meals were ok.

the in house cleaning staff were great and some of them would've made better nursing staff than the ones they had.

What could be improved

I was admitted from another hospital and put on the urology ward, my experience was nit a very pleasant one, most of the nurses were very nice and helpful but just a couple that were to be blunt very iggnorant and not very patient friendly at all, their empathy needed alot of work indeed. They failed to introduce themselves also and i only found out when i asked.

Anything else?

A very upsetting experience - especially when you expect good care and empathy!!
