This lady had gall bladder removed last year. Recovery took a long time and problems while post-op with wound drainage. Attended out-patient clinic. Doctor read notes and looked at charts and x-rays. Sent her for more tests then told her she would have to have her gall bladder removed. Eventually realised he was reading the wrong notes, but she needed a lot of reassurance that the correct operation had in fact taken place. She has lost faith in the hospital now and wouldn’t choose to go back there.
