"ENT and Audiology"

I have several problems with my ears that mean i have been going here for approx 20 years and the staff never fail to make sure i understand everything that's going on. The ENT consultant always makes sure i am fully aware of all my options, what i must do regarding treatment and the importance of telling him any changes in my ears between follow up appointments. I can't fault him in his dedication to his patients and how he always makes me feel calm by speaking to me like he would any other person rather than someone who can't hear.Thank you!
