"Cataract operations at St James hospital"

About: St James's University Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

I was much happier with the last cataract operation at the St James university hospital than I was with the one before, as the previous one has left me virtually blind in one eye.

It is really pleasing that your last cataract operation proved was a good experience.

With regards to your first operation, there may be a clinical reason for this previous problem. We would, therefore, suggest that any concerns regarding your previous surgery should be raised at your follow-up appointment. Or alternatively please contact the ophthalmology department.
