From initial phone call to offer appointment to letter of appointment confirmation to assistance and advice from PAL's as to best action to take re transport and costs to transport asssessment staff to driver who collected me and returned me home the following day after operation to resovery ward staff who looked after me while awaiting to be ready for ward allocation and to Gray ward staff who again looked after me in an excellent friendly and efficient manner. Also the surgeon who visited me in ward ib the evening and in the morning to check all ok prior to discharge. The layout cleanliness and facilities of ward also excellent.. My thanks and utmost respect to all staff
