"Rude and demeaning"

Called their A&E for advice as my partner was in extreme pain. They were rude and treat him like an idiot. He was lectured, talked down to and basically the treatment he received was disgusting. The woman advising him was ignorant and showed no respect whatsoever. She didn't even give him any advice! It's easier to treat yourself!!
