"Warning ;the scan you see is not the scan you get ..."

After viewing their website, I went to Bupa ,Cromwell Road based on the the advertised scan. The site showed fantastic 4D pictures and claimed, "It can carry out a full body scan in just 10 seconds providing high definition imaging in 4D enabling doctors to see small vessels as thin as a human hair, in any part of the body, and make a quicker diagnosis. In addition...., it provides large area dynamic coverage scans for the brain and body, .... 3D bone and tissue reformatting." I paid nearly £700 However, I got a standard scan which I could have got elsewhere at far less cost. When I pointed out that the scan they did was not a 4D scan, I was fobbed off. I pointed out that the website is misleading, I asked for a refund, which they refused to give. I was told that the scan they have done is good enough. I would not recommend this hospital. They did not provide me with the best diagnostic scan and I am still suffering pain and distress. I would not recommend this Hospital.
