After having my son with you in 2013, I've never felt so let down. Awful basic care led to me not being listened too and needing urgent care, I was dismissed at every query I had. I felt like every woman was put in the same boat when in reality every labour and recovery especially is very different. I've not recovered from my experience and have recently wrote to you detailing the issues and there are many.
