This was my first time in hospital, so I can't compare Goring Hall to any other hospital. However, I can say that I have nothing but admiration for their professionalism, and I'm very grateful for all their help. The ENT consultant, in particular, has been very professional, calm, considerate and just a really nice person. At all times, he has taken the time to explain everything, and left me feeling informed and in control of the whole process. On the day of surgery, everybody, incl. receptionists, nurses, porter, anaesthetist and consultant created a very calm atmosphere, I felt safe and the surgery has made a major difference. Should you ever need ENT surgery, I can highly recommend Goring Hall.
