"antenatal department does not pick up and..."

I have been trying to get through to the antenatal department for the past month! I have received no letter since I registered as pregnant a month ago. I have had complications with my pregnancy already and have had no help from Whipps. I am considering changing my hospital as every time I call the antenatal department they don't pick up, and if they do pick up they hang up straight away which is very rude.
