I am aged 66 and was a patient at Wythenshawe Hospital for a hand wound sustained 14 May. I used A&E, plastic surgery and the hand department of Outpatients. At every stage I was treated expedoitiously, professionally and kindlly and kept well informed about what was going on. I am grateful to all the staff concerned and also for the management that made things run so smoothly. Jim Williams
