Mum's treatment at the Rivers yesterday (29th May) was excellent. She went in for a cataract operation and was extremely nervous. The nursing staff were calming, professional and positive. They spoke directly to her and respected her responses. From diagnosis, pre op assessment to the op she has nothing but praise for her care. She has a follow up appointment next week and she has no doubt that the excellence will continue. She no longer dreads the next cataract operation that will follow in a couple of months.
