No idea whatsoever whose brilliant idea was to have this "unit" and what was the thinking behind it. Exceptionally underworked people listening to you sympathetically, nodding understandingly and giving you a leaflet and instructions how to get to the NHS Walk In centre in Croydon. Do not waste your time by waiting until 2 p.m. for this shambles, just go straight to a walk-in or A&E
