I used the C&B service to book an ENT appointment for 4th June 2014. Did this a few weeks ago. Logged in recently to double check my booked appointment. Now all of a sudden it says it's on 18th July! Thats another 6 weeks away! Seems like if the appointment gets cancelled, nobody bothers to tell you anything about it. Poor service.
