What I liked

I have always been the first to criticise any aspect of care or treatment I have not been happy with - Since refferal as an Out Patient in December 2008 it has taken less than six weeks to have had a range of tests and investigations and at each stage I felt invoved, informed and actually extremely comfortable and grateful. This is a HUGE improvement for DMH as far as I am concerned and ALL of you were SUPERB

What could be improved

Actually for once I feel the staff at DMH could teach the "private" staff of the Bishop Auckland MRI dept a thing or two about customer care, although they were ok rated by me as adequate again I say for once NHS staff excelled
