I attended the ENT department and was, I thought, referred to the sleep clinic. But after waiting over 2 weeks for an appointment I heard nothing. I phoned to enquire as to what was happening. it took me 4 attempts to get hold of anyone who could help and then I was informed that no referral had been made due to a clerical error.
