"Excellent Care at City Hospital, Bimingham."

(as the patient),

I underwent excision of a Basal Cell Carcinoma in the Dermatology Department at City Hospital on in late May 2014.

The Consultant (Dr Thomson) and the Nursing staff were excellent. Everything was explained clearly, and the whole procedure was completed in half an hour. I am a retired nurse, and cannot fault the care I received, everyone was friendly, helpful and professional.

It is a pleasure to be able to report that high standards are being maintained in the NHS locally, well done to all.
