What I liked
Very clean and modern througout, friendly and attentive staff, good food. Spent a lot of time waiting, but waiting areas all comfortable, and was kept well informed about progress.
What could be improved
Car parks - number of spaces adequate, but very poor/non-existent signposting.
Heating was rather too high in my ward.
