What I liked
There were 2 female and one male nursing staff that were marvelous, kind considerate and very helpful
What could be improved
Most things from common courtesy to the standard of care given, the treatment of some patients is diabolical, some reception staff are rude or even ignorant
Anything else?
I will be making a formal complaint about the treatment my relative recieved
