What I liked

appointment for knee probs,app at 11.30,was finally seen at 1.15,very uncomfortable as i suffer with arthritus in most joints & spine

What could be improved

length of time waiting to be seen,much more comfortable seating

Anything else?

no help offered in getting on bed to b examined,could see i was struggling & i had to ask for assistance. doctor had no idea about about my arthritus elsewhere in my body except my knee,i had to inform her..time spent on reading notes would help..overall not very happy about my experience
