"Critical Care"

My husband has spent 2 weeks in Critical Care. Not only were all the stops pulled out to get him through, as one would expect, but the staff were kind, compassionate and cared about the relatives too. Every care was taken from the Consultant, who performed the operation, to the ward cleaner. Very, very impressive. Even when very busy and harrassed they didn't let it affect their kindness and professionalism. If ever I need critical care, then Cheltenham is the place to be. I cannot praise them enough.
