"Exceptional treatment by exceptional staff"

I've been attending the Student department in the hospital for the last year or so and have been extremely happy with the treatment I've received. Staff have been exceptional throughout my treatment, from the staff on reception right through to the consultants I've seen have treated me with care and consideration. The dentist who treated me throughout involved me in all aspects of my treatment and allowed me to be involved in all decisions made. I'm now coming to the end of my treatment and I'm over the moon with the results. Before coming here I hadn't been to a dentist in over 10 years and had resigned myself to the fact I'd probably end up losing my teeth before I was 50. I was embarrassed to smile and speak with people because of how my teeth looked but not anymore , the turn around is amazing. I'm happy to smile now
