"Lung Surgery: Frozen Section (VATS / keyhole)"

I was a patient at Heartlands Hospital recently and I am writing to express my sincere thanks and deep gratitude for the excellence of the care and treatment I received from all the staff. From the pre-operative assessment appointment, through admission to VATS thoracic surgery under the doctor and his dedicated team through to recovery with the superb nursing and care staff on Ward Four my whole experience was first rate. I cannot speak highly enough of the care, quality and professionalism of all the staff I came in to contact with. Heartlands is a big 'city' hospital that places huge demands on all the staff at all times of the day and night, yet I always felt valued, cared for and listened to. This is testament to the dedication of all of the staff across the board all the way from the highest physician to the humblest cleaner. Thank you Heartlands for what you did for me.
