What I liked

the staff in katherine ward are all very pleasnt to deal with and efficient and knowledgeable.

What could be improved

Antenatal Clinic is a night mare! On several occassions i have waiited for over and hour from appt time to be seen and never have been apologised to for waiting by reception team or waiting times have not been indicated. The consultants and other staff in antenatal team are unable to communicate properly - it seems each individual has a different rule of procedure from each other.

Anything else?

Antenatal clinic is always dirty and when something is spilled onn the floor and reported - no-one has come to clean it!
