Efficiency of some staff.
What could be improved
No sanitiser in hand dispensers Edith Cavell on 2 separate visits - relative had come out of ICU. Dentures were lost, staff recorded this, my partner went back to the admission ward where they were packed, labelled and waiting along with glasses and purse - no one had picked them up. Little point in food improvements if patients unable to eat it.

Better signposting in endless corridors
