I recently signed up to have my teeth whitened with the City Dental Practice. Being a member of CHCP I was doing this through my work place and all correspondence was dealt with by Marie Pygott. I have to say, working for the CHCP I see great service and customer care on a daily basis but Marie went far and beyond general customer service. She was so efficient and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and she replied to my queries immediately. Marie made me proud to work within the organisation. She is a true asset.
