(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I feel I have benefited greatly from the postnatal depression group. Sharing experiences with others has helped me to feel like I am more 'normal' it is good to know I am not alone.

Many thanks for posting this feedback on behalf of a patient. The idea of attending a group or course can feel daunting, however the support and sharing of experiences with others can be tremendously helpful.
