What I liked

I was recently in Walnut Ward and the staff Doctors were really great people they were patient with me and others on the ward even the cleaning staff were nice people.Every one was polite kind.Darenth Valley is a nice clean and friendly hospital.WELL DONE.

What could be improved

Make every person entering the hospital use the Gel to clean hands if they dont use it then do not let them in the hospital.The amount of people entering simply ignored the Gel,then wander why we have infections if we fall ill after visiting the hospital when the hospital is doing all it can.

Thank you for your positive comments. The hand gels dispensers are located around the hospital for everyone to use but we would not be able to make this compulsory.
