"How do I make my appointment?"

About: Amersham Hospital / Orthodontics

(as the patient),

I rang 01296 315691 until I was blue in the face. It was constantly engaged. How do I make my appointment? You have 2 weeks to do it in - at this rate I think I might need 2 years. What do I do? What a stupid time wasting system and there seems to be no alternative online. Why?
