"I was given dedicated care during ..."

What I liked I was given dedicated care during my stay and even though there were times when I felt apprehensive about what was going on I was always given reassurance and advice. The doctors and the nurses always told me what was going on or what was needed doing What could be improved? there was only one incident involving a staff member but the matter was dealt with straight away- the person involved should have remembered that the patient has every right to know what they are doing- especially if the patient doesn't understand what the staff member is doing at the time
