"lack of care at eye clinic"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

I had an eye clinic appointment booked in June as am a diabetic. I received a letter from the eye clinic stating my appointment has been changed until January 2015. So much for Customer Care. I complained by e mail to PAL to be totally ignored not even an acknowledgement my complaint has been received.
