"A & E Thursday, May 15th 2014"

About: Airedale General Hospital

My 106 year old mother, Kathleen, was admitted to A&E by ambulance from her home at Carlton Court Residential Care Home at about 07.30 last Thursday, May 15th. She had fallen and badly hurt her head. I would like to record my thanks for the manner in which she was treated by everyone from reception right through to the lady doctor who attended her. Everyone treated her with kindness, respect and professional competence and in these days when one reads so many adverse things about the NHS, Airedale is to be congratulated. Please pass on my personal thanks to those concerned. Patrick Lang
