"Treatment after a bike accident"

I visited the Minor Injuries unit last week after a bike accident, as there were many people in the waiting area I had a long wait before seeing the medical staff (approx 90min). I was treated in a professional friendly manner by both the reception and medical staff and have nothing to moan about apart from the lengthy wait to see the medical professionals. I went back again for a follow up visit four days later and only had a 20min wait, again the same professional friendly service.
