"Admission D5 for shoulder surgery"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital

Recent admission to D5 for keyhole surgery to repair frozen shoulder, everyone involved in my treatment was fantastic, from the nursing staff before surgery, the consultant and anaesthetist who made sure I woke up pain free to all the staff when back on the ward. They looked after me extremely well making sure I could reach my drink after having a nerve block to sending me home with spare dressings and enough pain killers to mean I didn't need to worry about getting to my GP. 3 days later seen in out patients for feedback and follow up with physio arranged to start 3 weeks post surgery. I have no hesitation in recommending either the procedure (already showing some improvement) or this ward
