When I went to my routine MRI scan at Southampton general university hospital sadly nobody introduced themselves to me. I wish they would adapt the 'hello my name is...' Campaign.
They all know my name. But I don't know theirs.

I am truly sorry that hospital personnel did not introduce themselves to you as per our essential care standards. In addition all trust staff should be wearing a badge that details their name and role. Your feedback will be provided to the radiology care group for them to consider how they address this to ensure that introductions are standard.
