Friendly helpful atmosphere in the department.

Involved with the Doctor at all times.

Nurses were caring and efficient.

Reception staff could be more cheerful and welcoming.

Thank you for your positive comments about the department you visited at Rochdale Infirmary. We were sorry to hear that this did not extend to the reception staff. The Trust does invest in 'customer care' training for it's staff and expects staff to be courteous at all times.
