What I liked
The Nurses were nice, friendly and put me at ease
What could be improved
Doctors English & communication skills.
They could be taught common manners like not turning your back to patints while they are talking. When the appoinmtnet is over, explain what has been decided/happened, what will happen going forward other than just sitting down and not saying a word.
My appointmet has now been changed about 15 times in the last two/three years. It seems to be a monthly occorance and I do not even know why I am going and have been unable to find out without a trip to my GP which costs me & the NHS money.
