"Respect"

I had seen the consultant before but admitted as an emergency through A and E I was put under someone else I wasn't happy so seeing my distress a member of the nursing staff suggested my consultant who was once again excellent and restore my confidence in the Cardiology department he is an excellent Dr I would expect nothing less but he is also very respectful of patient feelings he explained my heart problem and even gave me a diagnosis so thanks very happy
