About: Broadgreen Hospital

Respect the young as well. Attended Broadgreen 21st May for pacemaker and wires removal to be replaced later in week.Wen,t straight to Birch Ward and taken straight to awaiting bed, my Nurses for pre op were both very friendly and Proffesional.Taken down for operation early afternoon by 2 very friendly porters and met by nurse in pre op room giving me a very warm blanket to keep warm.Went into operating theatre were I was welcomed by a team of very young and friendly team of Op technicians, who introduced themselves,After op was awoken by team and were so carding and professional,Hence my heading Respect the young as well,Taken into recovery met by a lovely smile off the recovery nurse who gave plenty of water and pain killers, never left my side till I left for CCU.Again staff here were excellent.Just in time for Tea.Food through out my stay was impeccable and variable.Moved next day back to Birch, where another young and professional nurse.during my stay from porters to cleaners x ray technicians ,tea ladies were 100 per cent professional and friendly. most f these were very young and a credit to the younger generation ,Broadgreen has the safeguard of Proffesional staff for the future. Many Thanks Alan
