"Poor A&E"

About: East Surrey Hospital

A&E staff were chatting/gossiping well within earshot. Sitting around eating. Went into a cubicle and a porter was sitting there eating and texting! Went into the next cubicle and the light didn't' work. Waiting 2 hours when there were very few other patients to be told by a doctor "this isn't my speciality, so I don't think I can help you" (was taken to hospital by ambulance!). Compared to other A&E depts I have been to, this had the feeling of a bodge job with staff who had no idea about customer care.
