Attended Crawley hosp endoscopy dept, very anxious and worried. Was welcomed by lovely HCA who made me feel at ease.
The gentleman that was performing my procedure came and spoke to me and made me feel a lot better. When it all started the nurse assisting was brilliant, kept me relaxed and kept me cool by applying cool cloths to my face.
Was really easy, little uncomfortable but really nothing to have worried about. Great team, lovely caring staff, thank you.
