"Excellent treatment in all departments visited"

I have nothing but praise for the treatment I received following a bike accident firstly overnight in A& E , then with various outpatients appointments and finally surgery for a hernia with another overnight stay. Having worked for many years myself in a customer oriented environment it is easy to be hyper critical. But I was always treated courteously by all staff from most senior to most junior, was kept informed about what was happening and was surprised at how little time I had to wait as an outpatient. Having surgery is always stressful however minor and I would like to thank all the staff at Yeovil Hospital for making this experience a positive one for me.
