"I visited an optician last Wed ..."

What I liked

I visited an optician last Wed and they found I had glaucoma. They rang the hospital and they gave me an appointment for the afternoon of the same day. I was treated with eye drops and an injection and allowed home. Laser surgery was carried out the next afternoon as they'd added me to the list considring the surgery was urgent.

All the staff were friendly, respectful and knowledgeable.

What could be improved

Nothing that I can think of as far as that department is concerned
