"Branston Ward care"

I am awaiting discharge today from Branston Ward after Elective surgery for a Total Abdominal Hysterectomy and highly recommend this ward and the medical and nursing teams. I have quite simply experienced some of the best care I have ever had here. The nurses are caring, respectful, attentive and genuinely seem happy to work here. The medical staff are curteous and informative. I am baffled by the negative reviews. And although it is possible for people to have widely different experiences of the same department/ward, I do think if you are curteous and considerate to NHS, overall, they return that in droves. Many thanks for your lovely care Branston ward. You do a wonderful job.
