About: Shotley Bridge Hospital Site

Phoned 111 with health problem, very pleased with response and operator whom arrange an after hour appointment at shotley bridge hospital for 23:00 hrs,again very good service ,apart from the receptionist whom was less than polite, just a shame that you are sometimes made to feel like a hindrance rather than a patient, it is people like this thatwith their "negatives" and would be well to be monitored and may be given some idea on patient care !
