"Communication between hospitals"

JR requested a 24 hour heart monitoring for my son. Appointments rang up and offered their 1st appointment in 2 months time which was less than 2 weeks before appointment at JR. So I pointed this out and was ensured that the results would be with the cardiologist at JR before 19th May. So having taken my son out for school yet again for a hospital appointment we travelled via 3 buses to JR only to be told by the cardiologist that they had not arrived and he cannot read them on SM system. So the next day I presented myself in the PAL's office. Results have been sent to Dr at SM as son has an appointment with him on the 30th May. Spoke to his secretary, not received them. Spoke to cardiologist secretary, she managed to obtain them. Why am I doing the hospitals job? PAL's gave me the form to complete but I will just added this event to my long list to go to as I have already been through PAL's and CEO of SM over poor communication within the hospital.
