"NHS at it's Best"

I have just been to the A&E department at Moorfields Eye Hospital and probably had the best experience you could wish for visiting a hospital. I was seen immediately by the receptionist and the consultant came to get me while I was still finishing completing the registration form. I was taken straight to an exam room where after a few tests (she disinfected everything before and after use) and looking into the eye she told me there was a small foreign object in the eye, a few drops of local anesthetic and she was able to remove it, pain gone instantly ! Extremely friendly staff, superbly clean hospital, the NHS at it's absolute Best ! From walking through the door to leaving, a total of 22 minutes !
